We Exceed General Kinematics Expectations.
General Kinematics Corporation was in need to replace antiquated and
unsupported burning machine software. CAMTECH suggested that WE-CIM would be a
perfect fit for our programming and nesting software needs. WE-CIM has reduced our piece
part programming times from 15 minutes per part to 2 minutes, and the plate
nesting in WE-CIM has cut out scrap rate in half. WE-CIM paid for itself within
the first weeks of operation. CAMTECH’s knowledgeable staff provided us with
outstanding onsite training and support to insure a trouble free software
installation. It is truly a pleasure to work with the professional staff at
CAMTECH. They were able to assess our needs, make suggestions and deliver a
product that exceeded our expectations.

Custom Macros Make the Difference.
I have to write this down in hopes that Wittlock Eng. will use it to help
sell the great product that they have. Thanks to Patrick giving me the BackPlot.java
macro, or as I call it a reverse code generator, I was able to modify this macro
to reverse Optimation files. This has saved us the time it would take
engineering to make DXF files along with the time it would take to tool each
part. The fact is WE-CIM is capable of importing other CAM files and CNC files.
As a programmer my biggest fear is all the files that I've made with other
CAM systems will have to be put in to a new system by scratch. With the BackPlot
macro I can start a new program run the macro and save in WE-CIM done! I may
have wasted some of my companies money on lesser CAM systems but now I can get
back some of the time I've spent making programs to have all programs in one
software WE-CIM.

Support Makes the Difference
I would like to thank Wittlock Engineering for your prompt attention to our
many questions during our transition to WE-CIM version 15. Several companies
offer software that will do the same thing as your product but few offer your
level of support after the sale. We are pleased with the product and look
forward to future releases.

WE-CIM Pulls its Weight at Towing Products
Towing Products has chosen to use WE-CIM for its Whitney 3500 and 3700 Plasma
Punch machines. Not only is the software flexible in its capabilities and able
to meet our unique requirements, but the tech support we have experienced from
our vendor has been excellent. They had been working with us prior to the
purchase of the 3700 and was physically present during the runoff, to ensure
that the code was optimal in every way. The service will not end there, as they
are already planning to be present during the installation and power up of the
machine on our shop floor.

RITTAL Chooses WE-CIM
Rittal Corporation has chosen to use the WE-CIM software over Optimation
software that we spent around 120k on.
Although we purchased the Building Blocks version over a year ago with very
little success we chose to get current with Wittlock Engineering a month ago.
I can say today Rittal is able to produce code the way we want and if
something is not right we now have the capability to change it again.
We do understand they have some down falls currently in the software but we
also know the team behind the software Gary Wittlock, Patrick Engle and Edwin
Wise...
Not trying to make a sales pitch but if you want nesting software with the
flexibility to change things like SmartCam WE-CIM is going to be something you
want to look at.
